Please include the following information:
- Your full name (needed for your invoice)
- Time of your PhD defence
- Which set you want to choose
- Your postal address (needed for your invoice)
- Other requests
2. Confirmation

If I'm available at the requested time, you will be sent an invoice as a formal confirmation.
3. On the day of the defence
- We will meet at your preparation room.
- The shooting will begin 30 minutes before the start of your defence.
- Please wait for my arrival before you do the rehearsal.
4. Complete the payment

You are required to complete the payment after the shooting using one of the two methods below.
- A payment request link I would create for you.
- Transfer to the bank account with a specific payment description (2021-xxx) at the bottom of your invoice.
5. Final delivery

After the payment is confirmed, post-production will begin and will be finished within 10 days. I will then send your completed order to your email by WeTransfer or Google Drive.
